LSI Industries Inc. is proud to announce that LSI Lighting Solutions became one of the first companies worldwide to receive ISO 9001:2015 Certification. EAGLE Registrations Inc. awarded LSI their certificate on August 8, 2016 for the Design and Manufacture of Outdoor and Indoor Lighting for Commercial and Industrial Markets, after months of intensive work by the entire lighting division on an extremely demanding timeline.

In order to become certified as ISO 9001:2015 compliant, a Gap assessment was conducted, an action plan was developed and the plan was then presented to the executive management team. This plan involved the establishment of the Quality Management System, development of a Quality Manual complete with a new and improved Quality Policy, a management system documentation review, pre-audits, and the Initial assessment audit. Finally the Certification Audits were conducted at all lighting locations and nonconformance’s were identified and resolved.

ISO 9001:2015 certification is based on quality management principles such as a strong customer focus, leadership and commitment of top management, the process approach, risk based thinking, and continual improvement and review.
Our goal is to ensure that our customers can trust LSI and have the confidence that we have processes and procedures in place to improve the likelihood that they will receive consistently high quality products and services.
ISO 9001:2015 certification ensures that we will continually work to improve all aspects of the quality management system, our products and services.
