In an effort to reduce energy costs, South London Nissan elected to replace 60 existing 1,000 watt metal halide parking lot fixtures with energy-efficient LED fixtures from LSI Industries. Built upon LSI’s Crossover LED technology, the new LED fixtures are extremely energy efficient with an expected life of up to 100,000 hours. The annual energy and maintenance savings are significant, with less than a 2-year payback. The new LED parking lot lighting, combined with improvements made to the interior lighting (using LSI Ascent fixtures), allowed the client to claim over $16,935 in ERIP (Electricity Retrofit Incentive Program) Program incentives from the Province of Ontario.
